Project Manager

Higher education in chemistry or related fields will be an advantage;, Basic knowledge and experience in developing or conducting manufacturing processes of pharmaceutical substances under GMP conditions;, Practical and theoretical (supported by certificates) knowledge of project management theory;, Previous experience within CDMO organization is an advantage, Knowledge of the principles of: budgeting, risk calculation, negotiations;, High interpersonal skills, also in communication with external clients, Ability to translate project goals and client requirements to the project team, Minimum 5 years of experience in project management;, Knowledge of project management support tools is welcome, e.g. MS Project, Jira or similar, Very good knowledge of English (both spoken and written), Very good ability to present project statuses using Ms Office or other packages
