Project Manager (AI)

Introduction & Summary:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with over 8 years in driving Artificial Intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess fluency in Azure AI infrastructure and a proven track record of managing end-to-end AI projects, specifically in machine learning and large language models. Proficiency in stakeholder management and conflict resolution in cross-functional teams is essential, alongside a PMP certification or equivalent. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of AI solutions.Main Responsibilities:The Project Manager will oversee the planning and implementation of AI initiatives within diverse teams.Lead the delivery of AI initiatives from discovery through to production deployment.Facilitate team collaboration across various functions such as data science, ML/data engineering, and UX.Manage project deadlines and implementation timelines effectively.Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and resolve conflicts as they arise.Monitor post-launch performance of deployed AI solutions.Utilize Azure AI services and tools to achieve project goals.Ensure compliance with security and legal requirements throughout project life cycle.Collaborate with teams to utilize the DataIku platform effectively.Key Requirements:The following qualifications are essential for applicants:8+ years of experience in AI project management.Fluency in Azure AI infrastructure, including Azure Machine Learning and Azure OpenAI.Proven experience in delivering end-to-end AI initiatives.Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.PMP certification or equivalent.Experience with DataIku platform.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work in hybrid environments.Experience in enterprise-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.Nice to Have:While not mandatory, the following skills are beneficial:Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts.Other Details:This position may require a hybrid working model and involves engaging with enterprise-scale projects.
