Project Manager (AI & Automation)

5+ years in digital transformation, automation, industrial engineering or AI-related roles., Experience leading multi-site industrial projects., Proven track record of building and developing teams., Experience working with manufacturing systems (MES, ERP, SCADA) is a plus., Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Automation, Data Science or related field., Fluent English (C1)., Willingness to travel across Europe (~20–50%) – mainly Poland, Czech Republic, France., Strong team-working skills and interdisciplinary mindset., Strong leadership presence and ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
