Our requirements:

  • Higher education in chemistry or related fields will be an advantage;
  • Basic knowledge and experience in developing or conducting manufacturing processes of pharmaceutical substances under GMP conditions;
  • Practical and theoretical (supported by certificates) knowledge of project management theory;
  • Previous experience within CDMO organization is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the principles of: budgeting, risk calculation, negotiations;
  • High interpersonal skills, also in communication with external clients
  • Ability to translate project goals and client requirements to the project team
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management;
  • Knowledge of project management support tools is welcome, e.g. MS Project, Jira or similar
  • Very good knowledge of English (both spoken and written)
  • Very good ability to present project statuses using Ms Office or other packages

Your responsibilties:

  • Projects’ management withing API Business Unit, in particular the development of manufacturing technologies  of active substances in order to effectively implement the strategic goals of the Organization
  • Efficient planning and implementation of projects, based on best practices, in particular projects ordered by an external customers (CDMO)
  • Work closely with the entire API BU R&D Team and other departments/divisions to achieve defined project goals
  • Participation in building cross-functional CDMO organization, streamlining existing process and setting-up new ones
  • Project team management/leadership at every stage of its formation
  • Using effective communication tools to secure seamless project execution
  • Developing cooperation skills in the project team and organizational structure
  • Conflict management in the project
  • Effective change and risk management
