Your responsibilities would include: managing the relation with multiple stakeholders on a tactical and strategic levelleading and guiding significant, complex, high-risk projects, using highly innovative techniques and/or concerning new productsmonitoring the work-stream delivery against plans and objectives a periodic (weekly and, where necessary, daily) basisleading planning and management of resource for Projects, ensuring efficient utilization of resource with cost efficiency and quality prioritizedco-ordinating resource allocation with other projects and priorities to reduce conflict and support efficient resource planningleading multidisciplinary projects or programs impacting the HEINEKEN organization.You are a good candidate if you have: university or Master’s degree in business, financial, commercial, economical, or technical discipline4-5 years in financial management and project management roles in an international environment with demonstrated change management capabilitiesdemonstrated multi-cultural experience through international work placementsseniority and stature to interact with multiple stakeholdersexperience with people managementexcellent written and verbal English. You are a perfect match if you also have:good understanding of HEINEKEN cultureknowledge of HEINEKEN’s operations, preferably at Group and OpCo levelproject management certification.
