You are a good candidate if you have:university degree/Masters in Economics, Finance or Business Administration5+ years of working experience in complex projects contributing to the development and delivery of program management and governance activitiesstrong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.customer-centric mindset, ability to understand voice of the customer and convert it into meaningful and impactful actions & initiativesexceptional communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. Ability to approach senior stakeholders using appropriate level of detail and terminologyteam player able to work collaboratively with and through others. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations, dealing with complexity and time pressureself-driven, requiring minimum supervisionfluent English required. You are a perfect match if you also have:effective negotiation skills, ability to manage and influence stakeholders outside the Program and getting their support for initiativesability to balance standard vs customized program and stakeholder needsability to work in ambiguous situations, dealing with complexity, shifting priorities and time pressure, proactive in identifying and solving problems/issue. Nice to have:relevant Project Management certification (e.g. P3M, PMBoK, PRINCE).At HEINEKEN Kraków, we take integrity and ethical conduct seriously.
