Project Leader Industrial Engineering (f/m)

Degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, automation, or similar, Min. 5 years of experience in industrial engineering and cost calculation, Strong knowledge of industrialization concepts and manufacturing optimization, Project management experience, ideally in automotive or automotive supply industry, Experience working in international teams, Experience in the automotive supply industry and knowledge of the IATF 16949 standard is an advantage, Analytical, structured, and hands on mindset, Very good English and Polish skills, Willingness to travel (~20%)
