Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field, Experience in engineering or product development projects (automotive, powersports, machinery or similar industries preferred), Strong project coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills, Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a dynamic engineering environment, Good understanding of product development processes and technical documentation, Strong communication skills and very good command of English, Quality- and customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities, Interest in off-road vehicles, automotive or powersports technologies will be a strong advantage
