Production Specialist

Responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Control

• Develop and manage monthly, weekly, and daily production plans
• Coordinate production schedules based on customer demand and RDC orders
• Monitor production performance and analyze deviations from plan

2. Workforce & Shopfloor Management

• Evaluate worker skills and assign them to appropriate processes
• Manage workforce allocation and attendance verification
• Optimize manpower utilization to improve productivity

3. New Project Preparation

• Verify new project parts and BOM (sub-materials, barcodes, labels)
• Prepare work instructions and production readiness processes
• Conduct worker training and support stable mass production launch

4. Quality & Audit Management

• Prepare and support internal and customer audits
• Implement corrective actions for process audit findings
• Handle customer complaints and establish preventive measures

5. Production Support & Operations

• Monitor production jig condition and manage maintenance records
• Ensure 5S standards and support internal audit corrections
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., IT, Quality, Logistics)

6. Reporting & Communication

• Prepare daily production reports and issue summaries
• Support daily production meetings with relevant data
• Analyze defects, rework, and scrap, and report findings

7. Logistics & Shipment Coordination

• Prepare and manage monthly RDC shipments
• Handle returned parts and prepare reports after rework or scrap decisions
• Support shipment preparation for new and mass production projects

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing (plastics injection, automotive, etc.)
• Experience in production planning or production control
• Familiarity with ERP / MES systems
• Experience in audit 대응 (IATF, ISO, etc.)
• Category B driving license
• Knowledge of English is mandatory!
• Knowledge of MS Office tools, especially MS Excel, is an advantage
