Production Planner

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Supply Chain (Production Planning, Procurement, Demand Planning) in a manufacturing company, Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, cosmetics, or FMCG industry will be an advantage, University degree (preferably technical, Supply Chain, engineering, or economics), Very good knowledge of ERP systems – practical experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred, Knowledge of APS planning tools – experience with Kinaxis Maestro will be considered an additional asset, Practical experience in the S&OP process, Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query), Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets, Ability to identify risks and develop alternative planning scenarios, Knowledge of planning processes: MRP, MPS, inventory management, planning parameters, English at professional level, Strong analytical thinking and ability to draw conclusions based on data, Understanding of end-to-end (E2E) business processes in a manufacturing organization, Ability to work under time pressure in a dynamic environment, Independence, accuracy, and accountability, Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional project teams, Proactive mindset and continuous improvement orientation
