At least one year of professional experience in a similar role; experience in chemical or heavy industry is a strong advantage., A university degree in a technical field such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline., Practical knowledge and application of Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies., Solid understanding of production technologies, occupational health, and process safety principles., Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities., Experience working in an international environment, demonstrating adaptability and collaboration skills., Proficient command of English, with a minimum B2+ level.
