POSCO INTERNATIONAL POLAND E-MOBILITY is a subsidiary of POSCO INTERNATIONAL, a company under the POSCO Group in Korea., Our company, established on June 12, 2023, is dedicated to producing motor cores for eco-friendly vehicles. A new production plant is currently under construction in the "Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone" in Brzeg, Opole Province, Poland. The construction is expected to be completed in May 2025, with the facility set to be operational by October 2025. By the end of 2025, installation and production preparations will be finalized, and full-scale production and sales are planned to commence in 2026. The facility will include stamping presses and post-processing automation lines. The company is committed to ensuring a comfortable and safe production environment for its employees.

Wymagania

higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field, minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / quality tools (5 Why, Ishikawa, 8D, FMEA), practical knowledge of production processes and continuous improvement, ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions, good organizational and communication skills, communicative English (spoken and written), good MS Excel skills, experience in the automotive industry
