Let's get in touch.What you’ll be doingCrafting the strategic vision for our internal tools, with a focus on enhancing the employee experience and optimising internal processesLeading a cross-functional team of Product Owners, Engineers, Designers, and other stakeholdersTaking complete ownership of the product lifecycle from ideation and development to launch, growth, and ongoing maintenanceCollaborating closely with Design and UX teams to ensure the creation of an exceptional user experience, aligning with employee needs and expectationsWorking collaboratively with various business functions to align product goals with overall business objectivesWhat you'll need5+ years of experience managing entire products, preferably in the HR, performance, or recruitment tool domainDemonstrated success in managing people, leading cross-functional teams, and fostering a culture of innovationSolid product vision and strategy, with a track record of formulating and driving a focused product visionHigh analytical acumen with great business sense that guides ROI-based prioritisationExpertise with software as a service (SaaS) and B2B products, ideally in related fields such as HR, performance, recruitment, or productivity toolsNice to haveA STEM degree from a leading universityAn MBACompensation rangePoland: PLN21,700 - PLN31,200 gross monthly*Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experienceBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
