Product Owner (ETD / Trading Systems) - hybrid in Kraków

We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Product Owner (ETD / Trading Systems).Your duties will include: Partner with Business & Product Development leadsDrive front-to-back IT development schedulesCoordinate with process owners & stakeholdersTrack upgrades, regulatory changes & releasesDesign and refine Operating ModelsEnsure processes & controls meet compliance needs Requirements that must be met:Strong business analysis & project management skillsExcellent communication & stakeholder managementIndependent / structured thinkingETD execution / algo trading knowledgeTrade lifecycle understandingExperience with ETD systems (TT, UL, etc.)Experience leading IT deliveries / operating model designSenior stakeholder exposureVery good English and PolishWillingness to work in a hybrid systemWhat we offer:We are open and honest and we solve problems instead of generating them.Maybe it’s obvious, but we really respect our employees and associates.
