You’ll be the person who can listen, analyze, and translate ambiguity into structure — shaping ideas into tangible, validated product directions.Contract Type: B2BLocation: Remote/WarsawYour tasks and responsibilitiesCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather, challenge, and validate product requirements.Define and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, especially in early-stage or exploratory projects.Conduct business discovery sessions to understand user and client needs, uncover real problems, and propose the right digital solutions.Analyze and prioritize requirements in line with product vision, roadmap, and client business goals.Lead workshops and co-creation sessions with clients and internal teams — setting a clear tone, driving alignment, and uncovering insights.Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate user needs into deliverables (functional specs, mockups, clickable demos).Manage GitHub repositories and product pipelines, ensuring delivery aligns with strategic objectives.Conduct competitive research and market analysis to validate product direction.Report progress and insights to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining full transparency.Requirements3+ years of experience in digital product management (from concept to launch).1+ year of experience in project management.Proven ability to propose and define solutions independently, even when client requirements are unclear.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset — able to translate complexity into clarity.Experience in PoC development, prototypes, or clickable demos.Familiarity with BPMN or other process modeling tools; able to quickly visualize business processes and user flows.Excellent communication and facilitation skills — capable of leading workshops with confidence and direction.Experience in external client-facing projects and defining product-market fit.Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.Fluent in English and comfortable working in multinational teams.Understanding and practical use of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)Technical background (computer science, software engineering, databases, cybersecurity, QA).Experience using GitHub, Miro, Figma, Balsamiq, G-Suite, Slack, or similar collaboration tools.Why join us?
