You will drive the product backlog for our user-facing applications, ensuring an outstanding customer experience across the full journey.Main Responsibilities:Manage and prioritize the backlog for the Product & Customer Journey team.Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows for customer-facing features.Work closely with designers and developers to deliver intuitive, engaging experiences.Align product delivery with business objectives and customer needs.Monitor and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions.Key Requirements:Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst for user-facing applications.Expertise in writing clear, actionable user stories and managing agile backlogs.Strong understanding of customer journeys and UX best practices.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Nice to Have:Experience in the Ad Tech industry.Experience with SaaS and multi-tenant platforms.
