Project/Client: BankingStart Date: ASAPDuration: Until EOYRole Overview:The Product Owner will lead a cross-organizational migration initiative within the banking sector, owning product vision, roadmap, and backlog execution. The role focuses on translating document lifecycle management and regulatory compliance requirements into actionable capabilities across Office 365, SharePoint, and AWS S3, ensuring alignment with IAM, encryption, key management, and access governance standards.Key Responsibilities:Own product vision, roadmap, and delivery outcomesManage backlog including user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization, and sprint planningTranslate classification, retention, legal hold, and auditability policies into product requirementsEnsure alignment with governance frameworks, risk management, and regulatory complianceSupport solution decisions across Office 365, SharePoint, and AWS S3Must-Have Requirements:Proven experience as Product Owner in banking or other regulated environmentsStrong knowledge of document lifecycle management and compliance-driven processesHands-on familiarity with Office 365, SharePoint, and AWS S3Solid understanding of IAM, encryption, key management, and access governanceExperience with requirements management within structured governance frameworksNice to Have:Experience with OpenSearch (indexing, relevance tuning, performance optimization)Exposure to eIDAS-aligned digital signing workflowsExperience with analytics and search telemetryImplementation of AI-driven self-service solutions in content-heavy environmentsNote: We’ll be in touch only with candidates who move forward to the next stage.
