About Certifier:Certifier is a B2B SaaS platform for digital credentials (certificates, badges, achievements) used by 2,000+ organisations including Guinness World Records, Duolingo, National Geographic and L'Oréal. We're a 22-person team backed by leading EU venture funds. The product is moving fast (new features almost every week) and that's why we're hiring: we need someone to help us close the gap between what Certifier can do and what potential customers think it does.About the Role:This is Certifier's first Product Marketing Manager hire. This role is the bridge between what we build and how the market hears about it: product tells you what we're building and why; you turn that into launches and content that drive adoption. When the work needs a designer, video editor or a developer, you pull them in. But the thinking, the draft, and the push-to-live are yours. At our size, this role works closely with founders every day and your decisions have visible business impact. What You'll Do:Partner deeply with Product: attend sprint reviews. Understand pricing tiers, user roles, use-case segmentation, and integrations well enough to hold it all in your head and translate it for the market.Own go-to-market for product launches: look at what's coming on the roadmap (from major integrations to batched changelog updates), and run the GTM playbook: messaging, landing pages, email sequences, in-app announcements, social, partner co-marketing.Create product content that sells and educates: feature pages, use-case articles, video walkthroughs, comparison pages, integration guides. You own the whole thing end to end.Be on camera: record loom walkthroughs for features and integrations. This role requires comfort with recording Looms and short video demos regularly for social, in-app and the website.Build enablement materials: one-pagers per use case, product slides for sales decks, battle cards: the kind of assets the team actually uses, not the kind that lives forgotten in a shared drive.Develop positioning and competitive intelligence: keep our positioning up to date and push it into every piece of content we make. Maintain battle cards per competitor. Run win/loss interviews. We’re Looking For Someone Who:3-5 years in product marketing or a closely related B2B SaaS role: experience in a CEE-based team that works for US/global markets is a strong signal. Ideally at a company in a similar stage (Seed-Series A/B, 20-100 people, product-led).Near-native English (minimum C1): every deliverable starts with clear, persuasive writing for global audiences.A track record of finishing things: you've written the copy, built the email, recorded the Loom, run the launch, or conducted a customer interview.Ability to absorb product complexity: you can learn a complex solution (with multiple plans, roles, integrations, and use cases) and hold the full picture while drilling into the details.Customer empathy: your first question is always what problem the user is trying to solve. You've done customer interviews and can extract patterns from conversations.Cross-functional comfort: you're at ease working directly with engineers, designers and marketers. You influence without authority and move projects forward across teams.Nice to Have:Experience with AI-powered workflows in segmentation, content creation or other GTM activitiesPolish or Ukrainian language skills (internal communication occasionally uses Polish and Ukrainian, but not required)What We Offer:Competitive base: 15,000 - 22,000 PLN net on a B2B contract, depending on your experience (remote CEE / Kraków based).Bonus: quarterly performance bonus tied to meaningful outcomesBenefits: Private health insurance (Medicover), home office budget, learning/conference budget, 24 days paid leave, team off-site trips, top-tier tools (Amplitude, Claude, Loom, Ahrefs, etc).Culture: No juniors. No time tracking. Remote-first with flexible hours. We care about what ships, not when you're online. How to Apply:Send your CV + examples of PMM work you've shipped (aka 'portfolio'): some feature content, posts, landing pages, decks, launch plans, video recordings OR whatever best shows how you think and execute. Please include brief context for each piece: what the product was, what your role was, and what the outcome was.Interview process:Intro call: we'll talk about what we're building, who we need, how you think and reason about product marketing, and whether there's a fit.Marketing skills deep-dive: hands-on assessment of content quality, GTM thinking, video comfort, and writingProduct intelligence interview: can you absorb product complexity, understand ICP and segmentation, and think on your feet? You've read this far and still not sure about the fit? Just apply and let's talk. We're a small team (yet) and we take care of people who love products, love marketing, and deliver. Might be exactly what you're looking for.
