Product Engineer - Frontend & Design focus

A fast-growing B2B SaaS startup is looking for a Product Engineer to join their team.The company builds software that helps businesses launch and run subscription-based products. Originally focused on direct-to-consumer e-commerce, the platform now serves clients across multiple industries, combining modern UI, developer tools, and scalable backend systems.This is a hands-on role in a lean, experienced team where ownership, initiative, and technical excellence are highly valued. You’ll collaborate across product, design, and engineering teams to deliver features that solve real customer problems while shaping the future of the platform.Tech stack and focus: TypeScript, Fastify, Vue, PostgreSQL, Redis, BullMQ, Kubernetes, CI/CD on Github Actions, Segment, Prometheus, SentryResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Product and Design to turn priorities into actionable engineering tasks.Help define product priorities that balance technical feasibility and user experience.Contribute to code and architectural decisions to ensure a scalable, reliable platform.Ensure feature delivery is predictable, transparent, and high-quality.Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to inform product improvements.Promote engineering best practices across the team.Requirements5+ years of experience as an engineer or product designer.Broad knowledge of technologies and dev stacks; able to choose the right tool for the job.Experience in product-led companies or fast-moving startups.Comfortable working in a lean, collaborative environment.Proven ability to design and implement solutions in complex systems.Strong communicator, fluent in English and Polish.Bonus: Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) or subscription systems.What’s OfferedCompetitive salary + equity (ESOP).Fully remote role (Poland-based) with occasional team meetups.Paid vacation and modern equipment (MacBook + tools).Work closely with founders, investors, and advisors—your voice matters.Direct impact on product development and customer success.
