👋 We’re looking for new PD Team Leaders!We’re opening recruitment for PD Team Leaders! If you’re a Regular, Senior or Lead PD/UX Designer who enjoys building community and helping others grow, we want you on the leadership team!What’s the role about?As a PD Leader, in addition to your commercial designer project, you will manage a team of up to 5 members, with a focus on:Team Management: Conducting 1-on-1s, managing performance reviews & project escalations.Team Building: Team integration, knowledge-sharing, and community building.Growth & Feedback: Setting clear goals, supporting career paths, acting on constructive feedback & managing promotions/proposing salary bumps.Communication & information flow: Sharing company news and advising your team on internal processes.RequirementsWe keep the 'hard' requirements simple:You’ve been with Netguru for at least 6 months.You are currently Regular, Senior or Lead PD / UX/UI Designer.You are excellent at effective and direct communicationYou can balance business goals with people needs You are good problem solver and confident in decision-making Nice to Have: prior experience in leadership or mentoring rolesRecruitment steps:Apply by: Friday 23rd of January via workableInterview: We'll invite you for one recruitment interview with Mateusz Jankowski-Walenda & Karolina Marlińska - we’ll cover case studies and leadership-oriented questions and secure time for your questions.Timeline: Interviews will start from 26th of January, so that we can announce the results in early February
