Your Key Responsibilities Monthly reporting of the category’s BW projectOverview and maintain the supplier price lists incl. their structureBuilding and maintaining the category’s supplier-technology-matrixTracking and supporting the preparation and conduction of negotiation projectsCreating and analyzing reports (e.g. PUR1000, PUCO1000, FI3000) using Analysis for OfficeOverview, understand and maintain the supplier price lists incl. their structurePreparing and/or presenting the data, figures in a clear way, also to managerial levelAligning open points with various stakeholders on various levels of experience in the CompanyDeep dive of the data in order to understand the background of itManaging a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlinesProviding on-the-job support for other team members requiring supportProviding helpdesk services for internal customersMaintaining and managing information in various PUR systems (e. g. Supplier Master Da-ta, Contract Management, Supply On)Understand and follow quality and efficiency of PUR process management in purpose to achieve agreed performance targets (SLA, KPI metrics). Monitor own performance and inform about risks and potential divisions along with the mitigation proposals Your Qualifications Completed studies in Business Administration or related fieldsMinimum 1-year of professional experience, with technical knowledge as an assetProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Good knowledge of procurement tools (e.g. SAP MM)Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min.
