Procurement Category Manager (Marketing)

Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of experience in procurement or marketing‑related roles, ideally within retail or FMCG environments., Strong understanding of modern marketing, especially digital marketing, media ecosystems, media buying models and social media dynamics., Knowledge of AI‑driven marketing tools, creative automation platforms and marketing analytics solutions., Solid experience in managing marketing suppliers, negotiating contracts and running sourcing processes., Ability to analyse data, market insights and KPIs to support decision‑making and optimize category performance., Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build productive partnerships and influence senior business stakeholders., Strategic mindset combined with a hands‑on approach and ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, digital‑first environment., Understanding of major industry trends such as influencer marketing, AI‑generated content, retail media networks and scalable personalization., Excellent command of English, written and spoken., Ability to work in a hybrid model and travel as needed.
