Process Manager (m/f) - MMC Connectorization & Fiber Operations

B.S., M.S. in Engineering or relevant field (preferred: Mechanical Engineering, Systems, Industrial, Mechatronic, Electronic or similar), 10+ years of experience in mfg equipment design and/or process improvement, Hands-on experience with test and measurement technologies and automation processes, Demonstrated ability to solve challenging technical problems by developing creative solutions with an understanding of the underlying principles, Demonstrated ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, Ability to work in teams and lead employees, Innovative mindset and problem-solving attitude, Self-motivated to deliver results with minimal supervision, Communicates effectively (verbal and written), Organized with good planning and time management skills, Works effectively with global teams, Positive attitude, flexible, proactive, and committed work ethics, Knowledge of opto-mechanical technologies and manufacturing, Experience with fiber optics, Experience with high volume production, Track record of engagement with external vendors for equipment design, Experience in business strategy creation and execution, Willingness to travel internationally (up to 25% of working time)
