Process Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent)., 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing, with hands-on experience in production line implementation and validation, preferably medical device or pharmaceutical industry, experience in writing and executing IQ/OQ/PQ and associated validation documentation., Strong problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis tools (5 Whys, Fishbone), DOE, SPC and FMEA., Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to create clear documentation and train operational teams., Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively and work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment., Preferred / advantageous, Certifications: Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), Lean, PMP or equivalent., Experience with sterile manufacturing, cleanroom practices, or aseptic processing., Hands-on experience with automated assembly lines, robotics and PLCs.
