Ihre Aufgaben

• Lead logistics process improvement projects (e.g., internal transport flows, inventory management, warehouse layout optimization)
• Work together with the Logistics Manager with the coordination of daily logistics operations (inbound, internal transport, material staging, shipping)
• Contribute to cross-functional communication between logistics, production, quality, and procurement
• Collect and analyse logistics data and KPIs to identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements
• Help evaluate and roll out new digital tools for warehouse and logistics management
• Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations related to logistics performance and project progress

Ihr Profil

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in production-related logistics or process coordination
• First-hand exposure to logistics process optimization, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Familiarity with Lean methods (5S, Kanban, value stream mapping) is an advantage
• Proactive and well-organized working style, with good problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across departments
• Fluency in German and English
