Principal SME IDPS

Review business and IT projects to ensure network security control requirements are satisfied
Identify and drive opportunities to improve network security posture
Analyze network and cybersecurity data (e.g., system logs) to support decision-making and evidence control effectiveness
Provide expert advice on network IDPS security threats and risks, proposing solutions to mitigate them
Build strong relationships and work collaboratively across teams and functions
Coach and guide both cybersecurity and non-cybersecurity team members as needed
Ensure timely resolution of issues and accurate reporting
Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues

Strong experience in network security and IDPS technologies
Ability to identify network security risks and propose effective solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with technical leaders and management
Strong analytical skills for interpreting cybersecurity data and system logs
Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and best practices
Ability to work collaboratively across boundaries and lead complex engagements
Commitment to continuous learning and sharing knowledge with others
Proactive and detail-oriented approach
Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities
