About the project

Your responsibilities

• Develop and optimize advanced DAX measures (including VAR, CALCULATE, FILTER, SUMX, iterators)
• Build operational measures such as utilization, performance, and capacity
• Design and implement Power BI visualizations based on business requirements and UX/UI guidelines
• Work with custom visuals and configure dashboards for operational and performance reporting
• Extend and optimize semantic data models (star schema / snowflake), including relationships, hierarchies, and aggregation logic
• Configure Power BI Workspaces, scheduled refresh, and manage Power Query/M scripts
• Implement automation flows in Power Automate to support reporting processes
• Prepare technical documentation (measures, model structure, visualization logic, deployment instructions)
• Collaborate with the team in daily stand-ups and deliver iteratively based on backlog and user stories
• Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.

Our requirements

• Advanced Power BI skills, including:
• DAX (complex calculations, time intelligence, performance optimization)
• Semantic model design and maintenance
• Custom visuals and Power Query/M (optional)
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, advanced formulas)
• Experience with Power Platform, especially Power Automate
• Ability to create clear technical documentation
• Experience working in Agile/iterative delivery models
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Optional

• Knowledge of UX principles for dashboards
• Experience with Git/repositories and working with APIs
• Familiarity with workflow automation and integration with SharePoint/Outlook
