Portuguese​-speaking Customer Service Consultant

We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/ RTV equipment.

We are growing and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers.

 

Tasks: 

- Provide technical support to equipment users.

- Diagnose and resolve technical problems.

- Providing information on products and their functionality.

- Entering requests into the system.

 

Our requirements: ​

- Portuguese in Portuguese (Native-must have).

- Excellent command of English (B1/B2).

- Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).

- Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.

- Availability for at least 120 hrs per month; Project hours: Mon–Fri 10:00-21:00.

- Important: we process only candidates with current access to the labor market in Poland and current work authorization documents.

What we offer: ​

- Civil contract with a rate: 

• If you choose hybrid mode: ​PLN 46,00 gross/h;
• If you choose full remote mode: PLN 41,00 gross/h.

- ​How do we understand hybrid mode? ​

The possibility of switching to hybrid mode after 2 months from the office - after training and the first month of independent work with good performance and obtaining the manager's permission. And then: 3 weeks from home, 1 week from the office.
