PMO - financial sector (pension)

emagine is looking for a PMO for one of our clients in the financial sector, specifically pension, to support an experienced Program Manager. The purpose of the program is to ensure compliance, improve processes, and carry out a number of critical initiatives across business and IT.Key responsibilities: Ensure structure, governance, and methodology across the program Establish, maintain, and develop program documentation and governance models Prepare status reports, risk and issue logs, and decision proposals Coordinate activities across workstreams and stakeholders Prepare and facilitate steering committee meetings Support follow-up on actions, deliverables, and deadlines Contribute to budget follow-up and resource planning Ensure consistent reporting and transparency for the Program Manager and leadership. Key requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as a PMO (or similar within PMO) in large programs Experience from the financial sector, preferably pension Solid experience with governance, reporting, and structure Strong skills in planning, coordination, and follow-up Good communication skills and the ability to create clarity in complex programs Proactive approach and ability to challenge and drive progress Experience with tools such as MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Jira/Confluence.
