Plex Business Analyst (MES system)

English proficiency B2/C1, Polish proficiency C1, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role in a manufacturing environment, Hands-on experience with Plex Manufacturing Cloud (ERP/MES), Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, including production, inventory, quality, and costing, Proven ability to translate business requirements into system solutions, Experience with reporting, data analysis, and KPI development, Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, Experience with Plex implementations or major upgrades, Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies, SQL or data querying experience, Experience supporting ERP integrations and EDI
