Your tasks

Your Role

As a Platform Engineer, you will work on the scalability and foundations of the last Enterprise software. In this role, you take high responsibility and ownership to develop some of the best architectures for data, knowledge management, software development, and agents out there. You work can range from stabilization and best-practice implementation to cutting-edge architecture development to scale agentic problem solving in some of the highest-stake production environments.

Your Responsibilities

• Build with technical excellence
• Knowledge of latest open-source technologies and breakthrough technologies
• Help us scale our core infrastructur touching several technologies
• Ideation and market screening for new tech and emerging trends in Enterprise infrastructure

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar
• 0 to 2 years professional experience or internships in software engineering, and similar or PhD
• Deep expertise and ambition to build scalable systems (e.g. database research)
• Provable technical track record of contributing to open source or solving problems of scalability
• Analytical and communication skills, explaining tech to non-tech
• Business-fluent in German and English
• Based in Munich or willing to relocate, ready to go all-in with us
