Planisware Configuration Engineer

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:Planisware Configuration EngineerLocation: RemoteResponsibilities:Configure Planisware SaaS-based solution using OOB functionalities such as workflows, role-based access control, dashboards, and project templatesCollaborate with stakeholders to set up configurations that align with organizational and project management requirementsMaintain and update configurations, ensuring alignment with evolving business processesWork closely with business stakeholders to understand portfolio and resource management needs and translate them into Planisware configuration requirementsProvide recommendations on best practices for using Planisware's OOB features to meet business goalsManaging and configure Planisware's user access, roles, and permissionsMaintain data accuracy and system integrity within the Planisware environmentCoordinate with Planisware SaaS support to resolve system-related issues or implement advanced features as updates are releasedStay informed about new Planisware SaaS features and offerings, assessing their application to improve existing configurationsOptimize system configurations to drive efficient portfolio management and ensure scalability for future business needs Requirements:1-2 years of experience configuring Planisware SaaS solutions using OOB toolsSolid understanding of project portfolio management and resource planning best practicesExperience managing configurations in SaaS environments is essentialProficiency in configuring Planisware SaaS systems using OOB features without custom coding or developmentStrong understanding of system administration tasks (e.g., user and access management, configuration updates)Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to define and implement system configurationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure configurations meet business objectivesEffective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholdersExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailProactive mindset to recognize and act on opportunities for system improvementNice to have:Planisware certification or equivalent experience within SaaS-based PPM toolsFamiliarity with integration points between Planisware and other enterprise systems (e.g., JIRA, Snowflake, or other tools)Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies Offer:Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardTraining & learning opportunitiesConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
