PKI & Certificate Management Engineer – Venafi / Infrastructure

Draft detailed technical documents including design, implementation, and test specifications to ensure comprehensive project tracking
Participate actively in deployment, configuration, and maintenance of PKI and certificate management solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and automate processes using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Python, and more
Support and improve deployment workflows, including release management and system monitoring using industry-standard tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, and Splunk
Document engineering tasks, product features, and system configurations adhering to best practices and internal standards
Contribute to incident management and change management processes using ITIL-compliant tools such as ServiceNow
Assist in managing databases, particularly Microsoft SQL, and work with various industry-standard infrastructures like VMware, Windows, Linux, and network security components

5+ years of experience in engineering, with a focus on PKI, certificates, or related fields
Proven experience in drafting technical documents and executing software testing phases
Solid understanding of PKI concepts, certificate authorities, and registration authorities
Familiarity with automation and scripting tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Python
Experience working with industry tools like JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint
Knowledge of software release and deployment platforms including GitHub and Jenkins
Solid understanding of SDLC practices and industry best standards
Working knowledge of databases (Microsoft SQL) and IT infrastructure components (VMware, Windows, Linux, Firewalls, Networks)
Experience in Identity Access Management (RBAC, Privileged Access Management)
Familiarity with Service Management tools and processes such as ITIL, Incident & Change Management workflows

Venafi TPP knowledge & experience, especially in SSH keys discovery
Previous experience working in large organizations, especially within the Financial Sector
