Wymagania
Minimum 4-5 years in performance marketing or digital marketing with a strong hands-on track record, Proven expertise managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end (campaign structure, bidding, audiences, optimization), Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows and automation for marketing (not just prompting LLMs, but designing multi-step systems, agents, and integrations), Working knowledge of AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) and comfort working in a terminal, with Git, and with code-level marketing automation, Ability to critically assess AI-generated outputs and architect systems with appropriate human oversight, Strong proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and at least one mobile analytics platform (Firebase, AppsFlyer, or equivalent), Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR/DSGVO) and their impact on advertising and tracking, Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of ROI optimization, Fluent English (working language)and tracking, Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of ROI optimization, Fluent English (working language), German language skills, Experience in healthcare, digital health, medical devices, or regulated industries, Knowledge of app marketing (iOS/Android), mobile attribution (SKAN, AppsFlyer), Hands-on experience with Webflow, HTML/CSS, or landing page builders, Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Make.com, Mailchimp, or similar), Experience with SEO tools and strategy (Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console), Certifications: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, GA4, or similar, Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a startup environment with evolving priorities
