Performance Management Specialist

You are highly skilled in financial data analysis, KPI calculation, performance tracking and dashboard creation using Excel and BI tools and the Finance / Shared Services / Operations market., You have 2–4 years of experience in Finance performance management, controlling, finance operations, or process optimization roles (working with end-to-end finance processes such as P2P, O2C, and R2R)., You are highly adept in Excel and have experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau., You are passionate about data analysis and continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving., Proven experience of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field., You are at ease communicating in English.
