Wymagania

2–3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role., Knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and local labour law., Experience with payroll coordination and HR systems., Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills., High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality., Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and improve processes., Fluency in English., Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools., Experience working in an international or multi site environment is a plus.
