People & Culture Business Partner

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field., 2 to 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HRBP or in a generalist position., Fluent English (spoken and written)., Solid knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training & development, compensation, etc.)., Experience supporting leaders and employees across multiple departments or business units., Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to managers., Experience in employee relations and handling sensitive HR topics with discretion., Analytical mindset with the ability to work with HR metrics and data to support decision-making., Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider HR team.
