Payroll Specialist

Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll processingStrong working knowledge of MS OfficeFluency in Polish and English (both spoken and written)Solid understanding of Polish labor law, social security regulations, and tax legislationExperience with TETABachelor’s or University degreeResponsibilities:Enter and maintain payroll data received from authorized stakeholdersManage end-to-end payroll calculations on a monthly basisPrepare payment orders and fund transfer filesHandle deductions related to debt collectorsPrepare company and employee tax statementsIssue income certificates and other payroll-related documentsSign payroll documents within the granted authorizationProvide daily support to internal customers and stakeholders
