Combining advanced technology with a strong local market presence, the company ensures seamless customer and partner experiences at scale.    Chat Support Specialist with Italian   We are looking for a Live Operations Customer Service Advisor to join the Live Operations team, supporting couriers in real time. You will help couriers handle unexpected situations and ensure orders are picked up and delivered as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
