Chat Support Specialist (Bulgarian, German, or Dutch) We are looking for a Live Operations Customer Service Advisor to join the Live Operations team, supporting couriers in real time. You will help couriers handle unexpected situations and ensure orders are picked up and delivered as smoothly and efficiently as possible. You will communicate closely with couriers, track deliveries, and make quick, effective decisions to keep operations running and customers satisfied.
