Our client is a fast-growing Paris-based fintech operating across multiple European markets, focused on delivering FX and financial solutions for SMEs. Backed by strong funding and expanding through both organic growth and acquisitions, the company is building scalable, tech-enabled sales structures across new regions. We are looking for a Senior Forex Sales Executive to own the Czech market: full-cycle B2B sales, high-value deals, CFO/treasury conversations.The RoleThis is a unique opportunity to become the first commercial hire dedicated to the Czech market.Build the Czech client portfolio from scratchFocus primarily on new business acquisition (hunter role)Gradually transition to a more specialized sales role as the team growsWork in a highly international environment across multiple European marketsCollaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teamsResponsibilitiesDrive new business acquisition within the SME segmentBuild and manage your own sales pipelineConvert leads into active clientsCollaborate with SDRs and marketing on outbound campaignsWork with a modern sales stack (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Clay)Coordinate internally to ensure smooth handover to account managementRequirementsExperience in FX sales or related financial services (e.g. factoring, lending, B2B finance)Native or fluent CzechGood command of EnglishStrong commercial mindset and ability to work independentlyFlexibility on seniority:Open to slightly less experienced candidates with strong potentialMarket knowledge and sales drive can compensate for shorter experienceCompensation & TargetsCompetitive base salary - up to EUR 5500 per month (based on experience)Commission-based model linked to performance - approx. 8–10% of first-year P&LExample: ~€50k bonus on €500k performancetotal expected compensation within the first year should range between EUR 100 000 and EUR 150 000Growth OpportunityFirst hire in the Czech market → real impact on market entryOpportunity to build and shape local businessClear path to Country Lead / Director role as the team expandsAdditional InformationRegulated environment with full licensing supportCompliance, onboarding, and risk handled centrallyMinimal administrative burden on salesStrong CRM and automation setup (not a “manual CRM environment”)If you are looking for a high-impact role with strong earning potential and real ownership – this is a chance to build a market with the backing of a growing international fintech.
