Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources management, law, or similar, Several years’ experience as business partner with a deep and broad HR generalist background, Solid knowledge within Polish labor laws and legislation, Good business insight, with experience presenting to and influencing business leaders, Experience in designing and project supervising effective people programs, Demonstrated ability to operate and utilize software packages, including MS Office applications, Good oral and written Polish and English communication skills, Understanding, developing and implementing effective HR strategies based on a good understanding of the implications for culture, business achievement, company practice and legal standpoint, Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, Proactive approach and idea generating profile to secure/support employee satisfaction and engagement, Ability to diagnose problems and identify & implement appropriate solutions with a can-do attitude, Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize many tasks and complete tasks with accuracy and efficiency, A highly motivated initiator that, after a solid onboarding, is able to work with a minimum of supervision
