The main area of competence include Product & Application Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Security & Managed Services and AI & Data Enablement.  Summary:A senior engineer/architect acting as both technical lead and squad lead, responsible for solution architecture, technical oversight, and coordination between client and platform provider squads.Key Responsibilities:Own the overall technical design for the vendor squad on Foundry/AIPLead Exposure Management PoC → ProductionSupport extensions to additional lines of businessOversee submission intake and clearance workflows (where in scope)Define and enforce technical standards, design patterns, and best practices across FE engineersCoordinate with client squads, platform provider squad, and internal engagement teamsSupport backlog refinement and prioritisationConduct technical workshops and demosEnsure security, performance, and reliability of delivered solutionsMust-Have Experience:5–10+ years delivering production data/AI/analytics solutions3+ years hands-on experience with Foundry and/or AIPExperience designing complex ontologies and workflowsIntegrations with multiple enterprise systems (5+ data sources)Proven end-to-end leadership of implementations from discovery to productionStrong communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholdersNice-to-Have:Leadership of squads in multi‑party environmentsInsurance domain knowledge (exposure management, underwriting, submissions)Experience establishing agile processes, governance, and release frameworksWhat’s in it for you?Join for a role, stay for the development: More than 40% of our team is working with us longer than 5 years.
