Operations Supervisor (f/m)

Bachelor’s degree, Experience in electrical or electromechanical manufacturing environment – nice to have, Minimum 3 years experience in leadership position in manufacturing environment with LEAN leadership principles, Fluent English & Polish language skills, Solid knowledge in Lean Management, Ability to quickly learn processes, equipment and tools used in specific areas of responsibility, Ability to analyze data and prepare reports / presentations of ongoing manufacturing processes, Solid communication skills - both written and verbal, Ability to effectively organize and prioritize day-to-day activities and issues within functional area, Excellent problem solving skills
