Operations Director Central & Eastern Europe

have at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, managing operations within supply chain, logistics / warehousing, have solid expertise in managing both 3PL and in-house warehouse operations, have a proven track record in implementing processes and driving operational standardization, have a hands-on mindset and enjoy being close to operations, working directly with teams on-site, experienced people leader, with the ability to manage and develop managers, knowledge of SAP / ERP systems, Power BI, and MS Office tools, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing you to navigate complex operational environments, fluent in English (at least C1 level) and have proven experience collaborating in an international, cross-cultural environment, openness to frequent business travel across the CEE region, holding a valid driving licence, Fluent Czech, Slovak or Dutch would be an asset
