Operational Permanent Control Senior Specialist

Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field, Experience: 3–5 years in Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance, Operational Risk, or Financial Services Operations with exposure to risk or controls, Experience in financial services operations is a strong advantage, Knowledge of AML, KYC, compliance, or audit is highly valued, Analytical and risk-oriented mindset, Ability to challenge processes and propose improvements, Strong teamwork skills and willingness to share knowledge, Ability to manage projects and coordinate initiatives, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Fluent English (C1), Advanced MS Office skills, Experience with Power BI, Familiarity with group reporting tools (ORUS, 360, ORCORP)
