Experience as a Sales Representative in the On-Trade channel (minimum 2 years), Knowledge of the HoReCa channel specifics and current trends, Experience in building long-term business relationships, Practical analytical skills, Strong communication skills, openness, proactivity, and assertiveness, Focus on development and skill improvement, Independence and good organizational skills, Ability to work under stress and in a dynamic environment, Practical experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Category B driver's license and driving experience, Proficiency in English at a conversational level (additional advantage), Strong team player, with good interpersonal skills., Pro-active, agile and fast learner with a desire to continuously improve., Maturity & reliability., Able to work independently and as part of a matrix organisation, whilst sharing the Bacardi Family culture pillar., Excellent business partnering skills and able to build lasting stakeholder relationships both internally at Bacardi and externally., Ability to embed the Bacardi 3 culture pillars of Fearless, Family and Founders., A genuine interest in Bacardi and belief that our Consumers are at the heart of all we do.
