Your responsibilities

• Lead the observability workstream end-to-end, from strategy through implementation and adoption.
• Own the evaluation, selection, and rollout of the enterprise observability platform.
• Design and implement integrations across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Define and promote best practices for logs, metrics, traces, dashboards, alerting, and event correlation.
• Establish cost-efficient ingestion, storage, and operational models to optimise performance and scalability.
• Provide clear communication and reporting to Directors, VPs, and senior stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to teams.
• Drive documentation, enablement, and change management to ensure adoption across the organisation.

Our requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional IT initiatives, including observability or monitoring transformations.
• Strong IT background in Infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or Engineering.
• Proven experience integrating platforms in enterprise environments, including hybrid and multi-cloud setups.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including working with senior leadership.
• Hands-on, pragmatic, collaborative, and able to work both strategically and operationally.
