O2C Delivery Manager (Accounts Receivable Transformation)

Extensive experience in Finance, with strong exposure to Accounts Receivable / O2C processes, Proven track record in managing large, multi-layered teams, Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and finance workflow tools, Strong background in process transformation, automation, and change management, Ability to manage complexity and multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, High level of ownership, integrity, and drive for excellence, Fluent English (business level), Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (ACCA or equivalent is a plus)
