The SMR domain (Service, Maintenance & Replace) supports mechanics and service operations by ensuring the right parts are selected for jobs booked - quickly and accurately.Your main focus will be to enhance the parts-picking algorithm to improve prediction quality and operational efficiency. This is a true problem-solving project: you’ll work with multiple disjointed datasets, identify patterns and gaps, and design backend solutions that can be reused across other areas of the business.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain backend services using C#/.NETBuild and evolve data-driven logic to improve parts prediction and selection accuracyIntegrate and unify data from multiple sources (API/DB/external systems)Write efficient, maintainable SQL and support data-quality initiativesDevelop and maintain REST APIs used by other services and operational toolsContribute to architecture decisions with a focus on reusability, scalability, and maintainabilityParticipate in code reviews, technical workshops, and sprint ceremoniesImprove engineering practices (testing strategy, CI/CD, observability, performance)RequirementsMin. 5+ years of commercial experience as a Backend / .NET DeveloperStrong command of C# and modern .NET (building production-grade services)Hands-on experience with Azure (e.g., Repos, Pipelines, Key Vault, App Insights or equivalent)Strong experience with SQL and relational databases (query optimization, data modeling)Solid understanding of backend best practices (Clean Code, SOLID, design patterns, API design)Proven ability to work with ambiguous problem spaces - creative, puzzle-solving mindsetComfortably designing solutions that are not fully specified and require independent ownershipFluent in Polish and advanced English (B2/C1)Nice to have:Experience with Snowflake and/or Microsoft Dynamics integrationsExperience in data-heavy domains, prediction/selection logic, or operational toolingStrong observability mindset (logs, metrics, traces)Why join us?Rite NRG is a vibrant outsourcing technology company driven by the Right People, dedicated to empowering businesses through innovative software solutions.
